This first initial free call is for us to explore your current situation, which method is best for you and the cost and length of treatment and support. We will discuss your goals for therapy, your financial capacity and budget, and make a plan that best fits your needs and means.
The most common way to work with me is to book in an initial set of sessions that take place weekly. Sessions can then be on a needs basis or renewed for as long as needed. I work face to face in Biggar, South Lanarkshire or via Zoom or telephone and texting.
